    My visit that prompted this survey was fine - it was simply an oil change - hard to mess that up. However, since I have the chance to let you know how I feel overall about Michael Service, I will. I have been increasingly dissatisfied with Michael Chevrolet's service department over the last two years. I used to be able to drop my car off for service WITHOUT an appointment. And Ken Dawson, who is no longer there, would provide an Uber or Lyft to bring me to work. You guys quit providing that service, using Covid as an excuse. Covid had nothing to do with it. Those ride services have policies around Covid, so they can continue to operate, and there was no reason why Michael had to use it as an excuse to quit providing service to their loyal customers. What did it cost you? $10? I pay out the nose for simple oil changes, so you made your $10 back every time. Recently, I brought my Suburban in for service and was turned away because you were too busy and couldn't fit it in. Really?!?! You guys don't properly staff up for simple oil changes? I went directly down the street to Valvoline and was in and out of there painlessly, in about 15 minutes. I prefer to have all my work done at a dealership, but if you continue to make it difficult to do business with you, I will just go elsewhere. This is sad, because I have been an extremely loyal customer for 25+ years. Another issue - Recently I brought my Impala in for repairs. It was knocking and the check engine light was on. After spending $1,000 on useless repairs, I was told the engine was shot and the car needed to be junked or buy a new engine. Wish I would have been told that before you guys got me for $1,000. My loyalty is much lower now than before. I used to recommend you guys all the time. No way I would do that now. I can see moving completely away from Michael service. I already had a great experience with a different oil change shop and recently engaged a private auto repair shop for other work, which has been done correctly and inexpensively.

    I asked my advisor Louie 966 to check for an oil leak in the rear of the truck and he said no because it’s out of warranty but I never had that problem before every time I took it in for maintenance. I will never buy another vehicle from Michael Chevrolet ever again after spending more than $120,000 on a 2019 trail boss and 2020 Chevy blazer. His customer service is nothing but lies and he doesn’t want to help anybody especially if their car is out of warranty

    They didn’t call me before they closed to tell me my vehicle was ready so I had to race down there speeding trying to get there before they closed. They said, “we’ll see if we can get you for a let’s night pick up”. Worst costumer service I’ve experienced what do you mean we’ll see I need my vehicle, they act like they don’t need their vehicle to get places. I don’t know how these people have jobs they’re extremely incompetent.
